Over the last 3/4 months we have been looking to replace our car. During this time we carried out a series of visits to local dealerships to try to narrow down the car that would best suit our needs.  One of those visits was to Bristol Street Motors Peterlee whose customer service, even after being told visit was purely for research, was head and shoulders above the other dealerships we called at.  The attending staff member was courteous, informed and knowledgeable. He listened, fed in information when required and helped us to narrow down the model best suited to our lifestyle.  A month or so later we returned and had the good fortune to be attended to by representative Harry Cairns who displayed the same excellent customer service exhibited at our previous visit.  Needless to say, after a very friendly negotiation, it was from this garage that we bought our car.  The entire purchasing experience was done at a pace controlled by us. At no time were we pressured, rushed or harassed. In these days when poor customer service seem to have become the norm Bristol Street Motors Peterlee has restored my faith in good old fashioned customer care.  So thank you Bristol Street Motors and you Harry for all your help. We are very happy with our purchase and unhesitatingly suggest that anyone else who is looking to replace their vehicle should definitely pay you a visit

Went to view and test drive some cars at Hyundai Peterlee and was greeted by Andrew Nichols who was very welcoming and happy to help. He listened and made recommendations that would suit my needs, he was very thorough in explaining the differences in the types of cars I was interested in, the perks and the warranties over a nice cup of tea. He was extremely helpful dealing with all aspects of my part exchange too, I didn't need to do a thing which was brilliant! Very speedy service with zero pressure and left confident that I had made a good purchase decision. Exchanged my old car for my brand new car 2 days later. Excellent, I will be recommending to others and returning to this garage in the future. Thank you.

Bought my new car with the help from Adrian at Bristol Street Motors Peterlee and I couldn’t of asked for more help. I recently had my car in for its first annual service. I got great service from the Aftersales team and my car was gleaming as they'd cleaned it in and out for me! Whilst in, I was approached by a member of the sales team about maybe changing my i10 for an i20. Too soon for me but felt like they really had my best interests at heart. Overall fantastic experience from the whole team! Thank you ! :

Andrew Nichols was amazing and a really big help and very pleasant. Offered us warm drinks as soon as we arrived and made us feel very welcome also talked through everything clearly and if we needed anything he was there to help us. He was a gentleman and a pleasure to do business with. would recommend this garage to anyone who wants to buy a car.
