I had the pleasure of attending a sourdough bakery training course recently. It was a great experience and we made some wonderful bakes. If you want to understand the science to make better bakes then sign up. Wonderful proprietor and trainer.
I just bought a Hylsten Bakery sourdough loaf from a local farm shop.nnI'm trying to perfect my cheese toastie game.nnOh my god!nnI've just completed my mission.nnBread has never tasted so good, my toasties were special anyway, but this bread took them to a whole new level.nnPricey bread for sure, but good food, and quality is worth paying for.nnHighly recommended
Their bread is some of the finest I have ever tasted in the uk never been to the premises just eat their delicious bread
The best Rye bread I have tasted outside of Germany, very friendly and helpful people.
