Absolutely awful customer service received from AJ Power parts department. I purchased a new radiator that was supplied from this company and after a very short period of use the radiator developed a leak that gradually got worse. There was five emails sent to try and resolve this matter and over a MONTH since my initial email I finally got a response with no apology for keeping me waiting that long, even though it was stated on an email that the leaking radiator needed topping up daily and that they weren’t going to supply me with another radiator under warranty. As a result of this poor service I will never purchase another AJ Power genset, even though they manufactured a very good quality genset I just don’t want to risk having another encounter with there parts department.
Absolutely disgusting the way they treat customers, customer service is shocking
