We have just spent the night in the hotel and had a fantastic time. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating and they really are a credit to the Hotel. We had a room on the seventh floor which was beautiful with great views across the city. We had some pizza in the bar at night and a glorious breakfast in the morning. We will definitely be returning!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Hyatt Regency Birmingham. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. They even arranged a parking bay right outside, which was a great convenience. Check-in was seamless, and as a World of Hyatt Member, I was delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a club room with access to the exclusive lounge and breakfast—such a thoughtful perk!nnThe staff were always eager to assist and ensured everything went smoothly for my business trip. The hotel’s location is perfect, with stunning city views, and the facilities were top-notch.nnI highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again soon!

Our second visit to the Regency Hyatt.nA wonderful Christmas experience. All the staff are super attentive & very friendly.nChristmas lunch buffet was excellent & great entertainment. So much choice for breakfast & the most wonderful waiting staff.nThe hotel has a warm relaxed atmosphere.nLovely hotel room, the bed was really comfortable.nI would totally recommend.

Fantastic chain hotel. The checkin staff were superb. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The public areas and the bar were all very well appointed. This felt like a high end place. Room basic and nothing to say except it was high up with floor to ceiling glass..! The bed was extremely large much bigger than a super king. Only a few parking spaces available. I was lucky to get one on arrival. £27 for 24 hrs. Will be back.

This was our second stay with the hotel. It's a great location & the hotel is always so lovely. We chose a higher floor room this time & the views over my home city were as lovely as always. Great nights sleep again.
