Had a brilliant experience at Hy Tek. Had a problem with two of my old styled large hifi speakers, to which Jason knew the problem to straight away. They then proceeded to repair the speakers which were available to collect again the next day. (Probably even the same day if I'd been in the area). When I collected my perfectly working speakers (now sounding better than ever!!) They helped me book a taxi and load them into it without me even having to ask. Fantastic service, lovely people, will be using again in the future if I ever have any problems!!! Thank you so much!

Had the most unpleasant surprise. Apart of a terrible customer service, they didn't fix my mixer but still charged me £170 (if I wanted to take it home). Otherwise would stay in there until bill was paid. Even if problem wasn't fixed. WOULDN'T TRUST THIS GUYS NEVER!
