We used Huws Gray in Rhuddlan for a big garage ten years ago and are currently using them for our lean-to project. We are exceptionally happy with the personal, friendly, flexible, and helpful experience we receive from Liam and his team. We highly recommend this branch; not all Huws Gray branches are the same, Rhuddlan gets the top rating from us!nnWe made a huge error when ordering several hundred bricks which had to be delivered from different branches and managed by Rhuddlan. Liam and Ben were fantastic at sorting it out and arranging the correct order to be placed, collecting and refunding ones we did not want at the end. It was totally our mistake Huws Gray were understanding and sorted it for us.nnWe had a situation where a different branch had not put our order on the delivery truck to go to Rhuddlan even though it was on the pick-up list and we needed it urgently to avoid delaying the builder. Jack, Ben, and Liam came up with a solution and we got what we needed on the original delivery date.nnYou can only truly measure great customer service when something goes wrong. The way a supplier deals with problems is how I measure service. I will always recommend and are loyal to suppliers who resolve issues effectively, care and take ownership.nnIt is rare to experience personable, responsive, and flexible customer services in today's world, so it is refreshing when you experience it. As a customer services business trainer, I admit I have high expectations so when I do get first class service I shout about it and recommend suppliers to other people.nnIt is always a joy to come into your branch. Keep up the great service and experience! Thanks for all your help.nnPS - For people looking for porch ideas we decided to go for tumbled brick columns verse oak, a lot cheaper and it will have more longevity.

Needed some fencing for my caravan plot next to there yard,  very helpful and when I asked about borrowing a truck to wheel the 3 panels round they said no bother and carried them round for me. That's service with a smile. Thanks.

Cannot praise these guys enough for their outstanding customer service. I telephoned to order some wood and spoke to Simon who, I feel went above & beyond normal service. He was so helpful, friendly & professional & I can’t thank him enough. I explained I had a new car and he reassured me that the guys would wrap it up for me & load it into my car. The lovely young guy sorry I can’t remember your name who loaded it into my car was so polite & helpful. Highly recommend this company who have everything you could possibly need at a really great price. I honestly can’t thank you enough guys. Absolute Legends!!
