Ive been using huws gray rhuddlan for some time now and could not be happier with their level of service and quality, I am a very happy customer of Huws gray

Very disappointed with the service, ordered materials on Tuesday for today was told about midday would be fine , rang up this morning asking could we add on to the reply not much space on lorry so only ordered timber , rang about one to chase it up to be told he was on way to Prestatyn then would be with us after his 45 min break . Chased once again about two o’clock saying another half an hour 50 minutes later rang again saying just we were the next drop I asked where was he by then still no timber I then got one of the lads to ring to be told he was stuck in Kimmel bay and they were checking on the tracker after being told earlier on they couldn’t locate him as they didn’t have tracker on lorry 4 o’clock it finally turned up oblivious to any anything that we had been told . I’ve worked in 3 builders merchants and would never treat a customer like we were treated and to be fair why should the driver had to deal with the unsatisfied customers due to staff telling untruths and to top it all that lorry had been back to the yard after Prestatyn and full off blocks . Not a way to run a business . Very unsatisfied customer .
Cannot praise these guys enough for their outstanding customer service. I telephoned to order some wood and spoke to Simon who, I feel went above & beyond normal service. He was so helpful, friendly & professional & I can’t thank him enough. I explained I had a new car and he reassured me that the guys would wrap it up for me & load it into my car. The lovely young guy sorry I can’t remember your name who loaded it into my car was so polite & helpful. Highly recommend this company who have everything you could possibly need at a really great price. I honestly can’t thank you enough guys. Absolute Legends!!
Great place, friendly helpful staff nothing is a problem. Large stock of treated wood and landscape products. If not in stock will order for you.
