Thanks to the team at Huws Gray Halesworth for great service delivering materials for a project we were carrying out at the weekend, special thanks to Mark R, Elisha & Rob the driver for saving the day with an emergency short notice Saturday morning delivery when we realised we had miscalculated our materials. Great customer service.
Excellent service particularly from Dean in the timber dept. I had a fiddly cutting request and he deal with it cheerily. The politeness and helpfulness continued on the trade counter - 5* plus

Very grumpy and sullen male staff members! The young lady on the phone was lovely and the man in the yard at the back was also friendly and helpful, but the blokes on the shop floor, blimey! Never had such rude service in my life. Dreadful.
This morning I went to Ridgeons at Halesworth because I needed to purchase a few bricks for a small job at home. From my initial contact with the staff at the sevice desk, through to the fork lift driver in the brick department and the guys in the office the service was absolutely first class. They went out of their way for me it was only a small purchase and when I got home I found that they had provided a perfect match with my existing brickwork. Without exception the Ridgeons staff who dealt with me were pleasant and enormously helpful. They made me a very happy customer. Thank you.
