They give me an appointment for hair color, tested my hair and gave me a ring after a week saying that they will not be able to proceed with the hair coloring. When asked, they did not refund my deposit back. I personally went to the store to collect my refund as the appointment did not go ahead. But they said they will check the telephonic conversation and get back. Its been a month now and nobody has turned up. I lost my £40 deposit. I would not recommend this place to any one.

While the hair cut was ok I found the attitude of the guy was somewhat offensive and narrow minded, I think I will stick to less pretentious establishments in future with places that holds more appropriate conversations

I’m not sure the man that cut my sons hair was experienced in dealing with infants that move a lot. His hair is uneven and looks a mess ready for school!

Really nice hairdressers. When arriving good strict Covid guidelines are followed and I felt really safe. Kylie who was my stylist was really kind and helpful, along with a lovely haircut she gave me great advice about my hair and suggested which type of product might work best for me. Hurley's hair design is modern and clean, good access for disabilities and nice friendly and approachable staff. I left with a great haircut, and glossy healthy hair which felt amazing. Paying was a smooth transaction and I was very impressed I was not pressured at all to buy products or leave a tip. The prices are very fair and competitive. Would highly recommend.
