Very cooperative platform staff as well as ticket office staff. Neatly maintained, clean and out of way helpful.nIt was a sunny afternoon and kiosk was not working, the staff was so caring they gave me cold water bottle without any charge.

He also took the time to give me clear information on how to get to the Hitchingbrooke hospital.nOn my return back, as my train was delayed, I observed him and he is very good at checking that all the travellers were safe and he noticed quickly when some were struggling by the gates.nThank you for brightening up my travel experience that day.nMonique L.
The staff were helpful when our train was cancelled yesterday. Thank you for being friendly and making a difficult situation much easier. I was impressed with the level of service from Thameslink.
Myself and my cycling buddy arrived here at 17.30pm on Friday 7 August after cycling in searing heat from London. The two team members at the station gave us a warm welcome, opened the ticket office and directed us to some free water and the toilets. The station was clean, friendly and the team really professional and customer focussed. Thanks very much guys for doing such a brilliant job, just when we needed it.
The great Northern staff are worst staff in behaviour especially the platform staff . Lazy female platform from great Northern. They always sit inside and do thier own work instead of assisting customers. They watch other people business and not thier own ... Such good for nothing,nagging, cunning, shrood, nasty behaviour .
