This is a good bookshop for books but is let down by the arrogance and pretentiousness of its staff. The staff sit in a carefully designed space as far as possible from their customers and operate in remote indifference - today I was served - in a fashion - by a lady who proceeded throughout the exchange to eat her breakfast in spite of me and another customer complaining - she merely thought it amusing. So her sticky fingers have left marks on my purchases but that clearly doesn't matter - I am only a customer. Last time I shall darken its doors - quite atrocious service. 1 star because I cannot give no stars. I wonder if anyone will take notice.

Wonderful little bookshop, good selection of books and the staff are always more than happy to help and order any books they don't have quickly and efficiently.
