I am incredibly impressed with Neron’s service as he made the purchase of the property a very smooth experience. Update Hunters have stopped responding to my emails and phone calls. Hunters and the tenant are refusing to allow me access to my property and they are refusing to move out. Update 1.They are sickly sweet before they sign the contract with you and show you their true colors shortly after. 2. As soon as they get your business, they will try to maintain control over you by instilling fear in you by constantly saying that they will sue you. They will also say the neighbors want to sue you unless you spend a few thousands on certain issues. These issues are falsely created to extort a few thousand pounds out of you each time. 3. After charging commission for managing the property they did not do a gas certification. When I sent my gas technician he failed the certification because of changes to the gas system made by the new tenants. There are many tenants living at the property instead of the one on the contract, hence the need to install an extra hob. Hunters later produced a gas certification which I know is not genuine. 4. They stopped responding to my emails for months on end when I asked them for answers. 5. Two months before the contract expired I asked them to serve notice to the tenant. They prematurely pulled out the deposit from the scheme that I had paid for to have it insured for the entire year. And then they said they could not serve notice because the deposit was now not registered. 6. Since January, I have been asking them when the tenant is going to move out but they choose to either ignore my emails or write to me that they were not able to serve notice to the tenant because of the deposit not being registered. They have charged me to insure the deposit for the full term of the contract. 7. I have informed them that I do not want them to be managing the property after the contract ends. Yet, their tenant will be in the property and neither of them will say when the tenant is leaving. Hunters asked me to independently sign up for another period of rent guarantee and I can only guess that they will still have dealings with the tenant and what their true intentions are. 8. They have not bothered to even think about arranging an exit inventory check. 9. The owner writes that he does not need my money and that he is very rich yet he is unwilling to let go of my business. Easy money can be addictive. Sam is a decent chap but has limited jurisdiction! Landlords, go with them only if you do not have other options!
Neron Vivian from Hunters Preston Road branch Booked us for viewing at 1pm on Saturday 11/5/24 for Ravenscroft Wembley London. Sent us the email confirmation a day before. We have been in contact via ph twice prior and confirms viewing verbally. We live in northampton and Reached there at 12:58pm for viewing but agent failed to attend. Didn’t bother contacting us via phone or email. We tried calling them. No one pickup at agency and their voicemail was full to receive any voice msg. We went to their Preston Road branch at 1:50pm on the same day to chase up but no one was in. Google timing for Saturday are 9:30am-4:30pm What a waste of time. Ruined our day. We could have enjoyed the weather by doing something fun with kids Poor service. cudnt leave a 0 star.
