As a regular customer of this clinic I feel that I can give a balanced review of their service Provision. On entering the premises you enter a very clean and bright environment which occupies two levels. On the ground floor there is a reception area with one of two receptionists on duty. Both young ladies greet you with a cheerful smile and a helpful and calming unobtrusive manner. The young Ladies are a credit to their profession and their employers. Also on the ground floor there is a surgery and the toilet, the ground floor toilet is under the stairs and although very clean and tidy can give a feeling of being in a cramped space. To get to the surgery I attend which is on the second floor, I have to negotiate a steep flight of narrow stairs, as a disabled person I often find these stairs rather daunting. The top floor has a very clean, good sized and bright toilet with baby changing facilities, a bright and well decorated waiting room which could do with more and varied reading matter. The surgery is clean, bright and has relaxing theme. The young Lady dentist and her assistant on this top floor are very professional and proficient in their service delivery while giving off a warm and caring attitude. This practice provides the community with a relaxing, caring and warm environment.
