I don't understand the other reviews. I find speaking with the owner a delight. He is pleasant, always ready to chat, friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help with any questions i have.

A truly appalling experience in this shop.  The man working there is the rudest man I have ever had the misfortune to meet (he may be the owner) and he made my 10 year old child cry!  Safe to say, I won't be returning nor would I recommend this model shop to anyone else.
