This was my worst eating experience that I can recall in the last few decades. Initially I thought it was just an unlucky first mouthful, but my lamb shawarma turned out to be "gristle all the way down". They gave me the bits of 'meat' that I would have cut off and put in the bin. And it's not just the foregone calories - it's the indignity of pulling out these unswallowable bits of carcas that has prompted me to write this review.
Not amazing very standard kebab. It's a bit rubbery and hard so. Would be much better if it were more soft and tender.Food: 2/5

Probably the worst shawerma experience that I have had in few years. We ordered one large mix shawerma and one chicken shawerma. Both were equally bad, there were raw pieces of meat in the shawerma not sure it is that the cutting is too thick. After reading some of the comments, I can echo to skip if possible.
The chicken shawarma I ordered was decidedly the worst shawarma I have ever had the displeasure of tasting. It was served to me pretty much cold, with the wrap tearing apart due to lack of heating. The mixture of poor quality salads and weird chilli paste I didn’t ask for tasted horrible, with the chicken being mediocre too. Highly overpriced for what it is too, and the staff aren’t exactly pleasant either. I couldn’t even eat 1/4 of it, even while being hungry and after a drink. Despite that, the toilet experience and stomach pains next day were highly unpleasant. Wouldn’t recommend, much better going to McDonald’s next door, at least it’s a safe bet.
Great falafel! I fell in love with the cabbage salad and pickles they put in the wrap. Next time I’ll have to ask for extra extra please
Halal Food served here! Very nice shawermas they serve, costed around GBP 7 but very huge and very filling. You can request them to make it spicy. I didn't got the chance to taste other dishes but will definitely try. Highly recommend!Food: 5/5
The kebab was very disappointing, meat was undercooked and chewy with 3-4 pieces of big fat, how they can charge £9 is scandalous. There are places in London where you pay less for a much better kebab experience. #RipoffLondon
Without saying too much, I just want to say a huge thank you, and sorry for crying. You are amazing. Anyone in rhe Waterloo area should 100% stop here for food. It taste good and is well worth the price. Inshallah the work of your hands will never fail.
