Needed a stop off point for a picnic before crossing the bridge and heading south, it's got plenty of benches beneath the trees or in the sun & toilets. Admittedly it's just a car park but it's just off the main road to the bridge which you can see through the trees, quiet, dog friendly and was a good spot on a very hot dayto decompress with a sandwich before heading south.
Stopped off for picnic on our way to Hornsea. Grandchildren loved the walk down to the foreshore with great views of the bridge.
It's completely free, has toilets and you can access the park or bridge for a walk.

A pretty car park, wonderful views well worth a visit, don't forget to pay and display
