Best Chinese in the whole world. If you haven't been to this place please do. Try the salt and pepper spare ribs, or just the spare ribs. Absolute wonder. You know there are Chinese takeaways and there is a proper Chinese takeaway. This place is a celebration of food. The lady at the counter is just special. The food is even more special. One exceptional thing about Hulton fish bar is that it looks so ordinary, a little quaint but hey that is all beautiful when you taste the food. The sweet and sour chicken is just so delicious you just want to have more. The char siu in black bean sauce takes you straight to heaven. Everytime I go to Hulton fish bar, it is always a wonderful wonderful celebration of gorgeously made food and a pleasant woman. Best Chinese in the whole world! Please try it and see!

Visited for the first time for a fish and chips fix it's actually open now unlike some others during COVID-19. Mostly a Chinese takeaway but do proper fat chippy chips and high-quality freshly cooked fish. I also ordered a kung po chicken and was surprised to find that this place does much better fish and chips than they do Chinese food. No parking, but there's a small stretch outside before the double yellow lines start.

Decent takeaway which makes surprisingly good fish and chips. I say this because most chinesetake aways that do fish and chips use the same oil for both the chinese food and the fish and chips and you can tell immediately on fish. This place I think uses separate oil so tastes great. Chinese food is ok but to be honest have had better.

I went on Wednesday  22nd February for fish and peas. The fish was fresh cooked and the peas hot and plentiful. The only complaint I have is that the batter on the fish was not very crispy in fact was very soggy in the middle of the fillet. The fish inside was cooked so I took the remainder of the batter off. This is very unusual for this fish and chip shop hence the lower rating this time
