I got Volt Pulse X in October 2015 and in March 2016 it started breaking. Between March and 1 August 2016 (the last time I rode the bike) in the back wheel 6 spokes snapped, wheel was re-spoked twice, the rim split bottom bracket was replaced, cranks kept coming loose and so did the nuts on the back wheel. This bent the disc brake. On 10th March 2017 I got a letter saying the case was struck out. I rang the court and they said there was a hearing on the 8th March 2017 which I didn't go to. I asked C.A.B. about this and they said to pay £115 to ask for it to be re-instated. The court sent the cheque back and said it was £355. They then sent that cheque back and said it was £255. At the 2nd hearing, the judge said Volt, in an e-mail, admitted all the faults with the bike. He also said that Volt asked for the hearing to be post-poned but never turned up. The judge said he would not re-instate the case as the bike, mechanically, was of 'satisfactory condition' on the day I actually got the bike and said he was satisfied that I got the letter. The judge said the letter had a date at the top and bottom that were the same but should have been different. So, anyone who reads it would think that the hearing was on the 8th March when it was actually on the 2nd March. So I would have missed the hearing anyway cos of the courts' total incompitence.
