I had quite a specific jacket style I wanted, and they went around the back and found it for me in my awkward size. Well done, guys.
I came here to return unwanted Christmas gifts. The store was clean and well maintained, the store had a good wide range of items. The staff were happy and helpful. The process of returning goods was quick and easy and I got the money back within 5 days.
The staff here are always friendly, approachable and happy to help. The store itself is brightly lit and well set out with products easy to find and see. I needed to exchange a couple of t-shirts and this was an easy and pleasant experience, even though they weren't in stock in store they ordered them to be delivered to my home address without fuss.
After being in the shop for 10 minutes it seems like the staff are more interested in talking to each other and walking away from customers than actually selling the brand. Awful customer service!

This store got all my money for the last holiday. I got some very nice looking shoes and shirt. When next I'm back in the UK, I would love to stop over and shop again, probably my lastcard this time . The staff are very supportive and respectful. I would appreciate if BOSS would give me a deal or free items or significant discounts. I really love the brand tho.
Needed a suit for wedding the day before the wedding. Contacted the store spoke to Sam said he could help turnt up at 7pm by 8pm I had a suit tie and shoes and also some accessories thanks to Sam's help and attention great customer surface second to none. I was also impressed with the quality of the items in the shop.
Brilliant store and I had a great experience, I needed a new suit for work and went there late on bank holiday Monday new years Day 2023, the suit guy there was fantastic and knew his stuff very good experience, unfortunately I can't remember his name but his cashier number on my receipt was 14986, please Boss Bluewater give him a big thank you from me, I now have a great fitting suit rather than my 1970s old one
Excellent service provider. Gentleman with grey wavy hair, about 50ish served my brother today. Gave good advise with regards to trouser length. Very helpful, not pushy. Allowed to make own decisions. Left shop, looked around else where. Came back same gentlemen knew exactly what my brother wanted and again offered excellent advice. a sale was done.
