From making my first appointment to when I received my glasses all went smooth. Every member of staff seemed very relaxed and knowledgeable in their role. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Never been before but so far would recommend. Thanks Guys

Great service from Stuart for recent eye test. Very thorough and explained everything clearly.  Got very confused with choices of lens for my 2nd pair but got what I wanted in the end. Delivery was within 5 days, over new year too. Fantastic service. Would highly recommend.

All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Stuart, who was the optician who did my eye test, was kind and thorough and he explained everything that he was doing and why. When I came to choosing frames I was astonished to find the two that I liked best immediately from the range displayed. I was really impressed with HMD and highly recommend them.

We swapped opticians from a well-known branch. My oldest has autism and has never completed an appointment before. I can honestly say the staff were amazing with both kids, so patient and friendly! We won't be going anywhere else.

The staff are all so very knowledgeable and helpful. Stuart is so professional and is such a pleasure to speak too. He remembers his patients and there personal issues and is sincere with his words. Can't recommend you enough. Thank you. Sandra

The optician is fantastic I've no issues at all, however the 3 receptionists that were on in one word awful. No welcome, didn't talk. When the optician asked one of them to help pick glasses she was smiley to him until he went through the back. She had a Terrible attitude, she was helping cause she was told to not because she wanted to. Didn't listen to our needs and picked styles of glasses and told 'try these on' but it was the manner she done it. Didn't help in the slightest and didn't want to hand over prescription but she did hand it over. Completely unprofessional, unwelcoming, rude, stuck up when she realised i get discounted glasses. Nobody has the right to look down their nose at anyone. I will not be going back unless they get new receptionists

Very  friendly, they listened to my request for a solid bridge   and are going to order the frames in and then call me.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Extremely knowledgeable staff, who explained the whole process and was made to feel very welcome.

Excellent service.  The lovely ladies when you enter are so welcoming, helpful and honestly will tell you if the glasses you choose suit you in the nicest possible way.  Stuart the Optician is brilliant, I've worm glasses since I was 2 yrs old and now 50....his care and knowledge is phenomenal.  He answered all of my questions in a way that I could understand, with great professionalism and in the most friendly manner and made me feel very comfortable   Highly recommended
