I had really good customer service in the Ely branch looking for a new machine after mine had broken. The staff listened to my requirements, were knowledgeable about their products and made helpful suggestions

I have nothing but praise for the staff and service at this shop. We relocated to this area and needed to buy all new appliances. How fortuitous it was of us to first check out this shop. Not only did they match or beat the famous retail park shop prices, but the advice and guidance both at the time of purchase and the after service was first class. I can thoroughly recommend Steve, the manager and ALL his staff. They are true professionals. You would never find this kind of "personal" attention and help at the bigger retail stores. Many thanks again.
