We have a static caravan with an integrated microwave. The microwave stopped worked and we could not find one to replace it. This company came to our rescue, they measured up, ordered and fitted the microwave promptly. The service was swift and excellent. Communication from the company was excellent. I would definitely use them again.

grate staff i considerd my self ordering a tv from as from today knowing it will last longer as they use to look after my nan and granddad when rented tv set from them years ago when there around back in the day.

As a bed and breakfast I need reliable and prompt service. I have been using the services of Hughes Electrical in Hunstanton for six years, I rent all my white goods and television sets changing them regularly without any problems. I have always had excellent service. The staff are friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. It is refreshing to find such excellent service.
5* Customer Service. Hughes in Hunstanton are always first on my list when I consider buying a new product. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable as well as happy and willing to help. Recently had an issue with my Hotpoint Dishwasher. NO fault of Hughes however they could not do enough to help. Amazed that there are so few reviews on this site as the store is ALWAYS busy and busy will generally relate to a successful business.
Just recently had a washing machine and a tv from here.On both occassions in store staff and delivery staff are extremely pleasant and more than helpful..Tv delivery gents even moved our heavy tv unit back into place..Highly recommend this store.
My elderly mother needed a call out to re adjust her TV, she rang this morning and the installer called later in the afternoon, he did a splendid brilliant job for which she appreciated, nothing was too much trouble for him. Once again a five star job. Thank you.
Came in yesterday Yorkshire man Came looking for a red and white audio lead long enough for my gaming chair. The shop assistant Nigel gave me a wire long enough to stretch round my house twice Better than that though he gave it me for free!!!! It was a de-listed item Great gesture and it works as well Will definitely return!!!! Cheers Nigel!!!
I recently got a rental ipad air through this branch and had trouble getting my bt email account working properly not an uncommon problem I gather The staff were amazing in particular Phill and Alled who not only set up my ipad repeatedly to receive and send emails, failing dismally on the outgoing mail problem. Phill however spent his day off researching solutions and finally succeeded in getting my ipad fully functional. This is not unusual service from this friendly and helpful store but I thought it worthy of a mention and would recommend using this local store over a trip to Kings Lynn or even the on-line lazy option.
