We were new residents to Ohio and are so grateful we found Hudson Heating Company. We appreciate their professionalism and honesty. They service all of our units and have installed new ones as well. Our general contractor is extremely particular about which subcontractors he uses and Hudson Heating is a company he consistently uses and recommends. They are extremely professional, organized, knowledgeable and thorough. All of their technicians are a pleasure to work with-especially Banjo. There were a few hic-ups with installation.  The A/C was on when the men left, but about ½ hour later the A/C was no longer working.  A workman came back to see why.  Back up in the attic, the workman found that American Standard had left out a part in the air handler which caused the unit to quit.  The workman told me he had a part in his truck and installed it.  I have no way of knowing it the A/C will work because we now have a cold front for a week or so.  But the Honeywell Wi/Fi thermostat is working and I was able to set that up myself.  When the men installed the air handler in the attic, a piece of the ceiling in the hall was broken and the workman told me he could not fix it.  I was surprised to see that the A/C unit has no top cover as my Trane did.  Amy told me that I could get a cover for an additional $600+.  At this time I purchased a mesh cover which will do for mine till I see that the unit is problem free.  I live in the woods with lots of leaves and debris flying about.  Don't want that in the unit.  The workmen arrived on time and were very pleasant and polite and finished the job quickly.  My experience calling the shop has been very nice to deal with employees.  I hope we can have a good relationship with service over the years.

These guys rock!!!!!   our AC went out today and we’re leaving for vacation and have house sitters coming over. My go-to HVAC that installed in our last 3 homes sold his business and the new owner doesn’t offer 24 hour emergency services. So I called Hudson Heating Company on a Saturday!!!  Joe the President called me right away and sent someone out within 30 minutes and fixed a broken compositor.  That’s service!!!!  Thanks Joe!!!!  You have a new client!!!  And thanks Banjo!!!  Great guy!!!!

Thank you Amie for being so patient, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly- she knows so much about furnaces! Hudson Heating saved us in the dead of this very cold winter when our 17 year old furnace died on one of those below zero days. We had a new furnace quickly installed with the expert skill of Banjo- he has serviced out HVAC for so many years- he feels like family!  Excellent company, true to their word- highly recommended!
