I was fortunate enough to had been offered a place on the distant learning course a few years back sorry for not writing this soonerI was so excited and thrilled to know I could put my great skills to the test to be a call handler.nI was over the moon in fact.I had been cabin crew for 26 years and have great people skills and great knowledge of emergency first aid in the air.nI found the course incredibly intense…It was a case of here’s the info,digest it and get on with it and then there’s the exam which sadly I failed.I was offered a re sit but I know full well they had decided I was gone!!nnI felt I needed support during the course and this was not given properly.Trying to do such an intense course needs classroom interaction not distant learning.But I guess with the covid situation this was not possible.nOne of the trainers said to me after I had said I’m so looking forward to going live and actually starting the role..This person said to me,you’re not actually offered the job until you passed your tests etc…nWhen I sat my exams sadly I didn’t pass first time and I did the re sit straight away and apparently I didn’t pass that either but it’s my belief they didn’t want me there anyway!! I asked to see my 2nd resit paper and I wasn’t allowed to see this so I feel this was done very sneakilynVery sad as I know I’d of been a great call handler with lots of empathy for the distressed person…Just because I missed a word out on my test etc I was fired???nThe way I was treated on the time I was there was far from ideal
Shocking company. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM. After working for them for a few months I no longer have a job because of a hospital admission which I had a sicknote for. I aswell as multiple other health advisors were fired within just a few weeks. You will have 6 weeks intense training and only very few of you will make it to the end as even when you get the job, you have to take exam after exam to secure your place. The management is poor, they will also under pay you almost every month

The HR staff are amazing and very supportive. They really look after you and support you through every step.
