I would recommend HST Tours to all. I was nervous at first and wanted reassurance and to reassure me Shafiq Sultan asked me to pop into their office, to see him. I did just that, popped into their office with my family and got nothing but an exceptional professional service. We went through my Umrah package with a fine tooth comb, I know I wasn't an easy client as I had the "what if.." mantra being chanted and Shafiq patiently went through my queries (I repeated my questions again and again!). In addition to this, Shafiq was our tour guide in Saudi which gave my family and I comfort, he was with the entire group every step of the way. He never lost sight of us. Furthermore, unfortunately my mother got really ill in Saudi and again straight away Shafiq helped us and got my mother checked out at a private hospital, he stayed with us at the hospital, for this I cannot thank him enough. If I could give them more than 5 stars I really would. For all your travel needs please only use HST Tours, flights, transfers and hotel were just brilliant. I for sure will only use HST Tours going forward. Thank you to Shafiq and the wider team at HST Tours.
