This branch doesn't exist anymore, since the lockdown I've been told by the neighbours.
Just wanted to post a thank you review to James, who as promised looked into the couple of issues we had with the Mi Tower, and rang back and kept us up to date when promised. Thank you James, your a credit to your company, there should be more of you about!
used the website to create a booking in put postcode and advised of nearest branch which wasn't at all the closest branch, booked cement mixer for 1 week delivery. some reason went through as collection. got a call on the day advised of mix up and they said they'll get it sent out. not sent till the monday despite multiple chases and assurances, also offered a discount due to the 3 day delay. turns out no discount, they've charged me twice for the hire and failed to pick up the equipment on the day registered so i assume have charged me the time they left it there. don't use them absolutely useless.
The best branch off HSS with in the south east area amazing staff and knowledgeable all ways willing to help even if its just a question no pressure to purchase will go the extra mile to help even used own car to deliver items to me after work 10/10
Would have given 5 stars but our equipment was not on time however the gentleman who work there were very friendly. Thank you
