Visited Coventry store in September and was given excellent advice. Re-visited today to make a purchase and again the service I received from Michelle was excellent.
All of the staff and the manager were knowledgeable, friendly and very patient. They took the time to fully explain why it was important to try out all the different chairs. We felt like Goldilocks, trying out chairs for depth, height, ease of transition and many other points that ensures maximum comfort. We felt we had the time to chose after taking home the brochure we were given during the first visit.There was no sign of impatience despite our many questions and even though we visited the store twice Thank you to such a wonderful team off lovely caring ladies.
Went into this store and found the staff to be extremely helpful with all the knowledge and expertise you could wish for from the size shape and quality that my wife and I were looking for the lad who dealt with us was an angel or at least he seemed like one nothing was to much trouble for him he was exemplary in every way a big thanks to the staff well worth a visit.
The staff at the shop are helpful but once paid, dealing with head office and the delivery issues were another matter

HSL Chairs, Binley, Coventry === A very relaxing and enjoyable shopping experience. A kindly and knowledgeable young lady took us through the various types, styles, designs, sizes and cloth weaves for riser chairs available. We could spend as long as we liked trying the comfortable seating in order to choose the one that we liked the best. Also, care was taken to ensure the proper measurements and appropriate fit was chosen for the person for whom it was to be bought. A costly choice by any measure, but hopefully rewarding with comfort into old age.
