Why oh why do HSBC open at 9.30am? I've driven here, got here at 9.00, and it doesn't open up till 9.30. Other banks seem to open at 9.00. Come on HSBC, the business world starts at 9am. Well, I initially gave HSBC 3 stars. But the doors finally opened this morning at 9.37am. There was a brief apology, went to the counter, and the same lady snapped that I should have a paying in slip for a cheque. By a miracle I made it to work on time. Really poor effort.

Opening hours are ridiculous. How am I meant to pay in cheques or cash if they are only open the hours that most people (including me) are working...?
