UPDATE: Now reopened again but with very restricted hours. Ridiculous to claim this is due to Covid, especially as it puts customers at greater risk by making more people have to visit in a lot less time. Closed indefinitely "due to water damage". Thanks for nothing HSBC. Your suggestion I use your Workington branch is a joke. Now closing forever in September. Thanks for nothing HSBC. Why banks cannot set up one shared facility in a town the size of Whitehaven is beyond me.

Friendly staff, sorted my queries in a fast and friendly manner - from my experience, doesn’t deserve the bad reviews it has
Never open. Staff are rude and not very helpful. Almost like they don't want to be there.
Cant phone the branch anymore, that's why branches are closing no more personal contacts.
Thanks , can not pay my credit card bill , so now i will get interest on my bill because it will be paid late .
