I would like to thank Mrs. Agnieszka Nowak for her help in completing all the formalities. Mrs. Agnieszka is very nice, committed and professional. I highly recommend visiting the HSBC Newbury and using her services.
It needs to be known that HSBC are one of the world’s biggest funders of the fossil fuel industry. Fossil fuels are the biggest cause of the climate emergency that is robbing us and and our children of a safe future. If you care about this do not use HSBC as they will use your money to accelerate the destruction of our planet.
Try to pay cash in - cashier is at standing desk chatting to a mate for 10 mins. The 1st machine is out of order and the second one takes 8 attempts and didn't manage to take all the money. We were the only customers there and instead of trying to help we were told it's really more of a digital bank and they don't know the routine for servicing the machines so we can use the post office.
Saw a very helpful person to sort out the issues I had. Pity the phone support was hopeless.
Thank you to both Allison and Blake for their superior service on Friday 4th February 2022. They attended to my needs . I walked out the bank , one very satisfied client!!!! Nothing was too much for them. Thank You
It's very easy for a bad review but I'd like to be positive, today I had a great customer service in the Newbury branch from a young lady I'd also like to name Anisa Rasul, her professional manner was top notch and so patient with all the documents and statements I needed and made me feel very welcome. This is a rarity this day and age. Hope she makes management one day. Thank you.
Spent 3 sessions for mortgage applications. Every time we were served by different advisor and we were told differently. The amount the HSBC would lend is reduced every time, eventually the amount they would lend is far less than what we need. The whole process is wrong and it is completely waste of time. AVOID DOING MORTGAGE WITH HSBC!!
Dreadful service, business banking and whatever service I've asked for been told to use telephone banking. Call telephone banking who tell you to go to branch. HSBC, the worlds worst bank.
I have been trying to log on to on line banking for this passed week I get to where all my details are excepted then nothing I've checked with windows and my computer is working perfectly i would like to cancel on line banking and revert back to paper billing but that means face to face at the bank do i have to make an appointment Ken Sullivan
