Worst service in my life. Honestly not worth the time

HSBC staff here work very swiftly. Unlike the Balham branch, tooting Broadway is well staffed, and so could offer me a consultation with Cynthia Amartei (Customer Services Officer) within 5mins! Lovely time.

Very well spoken and friendly staffs, every time I popped up there they helped me somehow although making a appointment would be a better idea if you really don't want to wait.
