I went to the bank for a loan and the staff were wonderful - couldn’t do enough for me and I was seen straight away and all went through perfectly. Very professional but personal too.
Will not use again. Staff more concerned about getting home, gave out incorrect information just to get home early. You walk in and you see no one then after someone comes from behind the door! May as well close.
I popped in to get a statement and was also offered to sett up online banking which I reluctantly agreed to do only after saying I was in a rush and after being assured it will take no more than 10 mins to set up. Half way in, the advisor that was helping me got interrupted by an older woman who took away his ipad without saying anything or acknowledging my presence. I made here aware that we were in the middle of something to which she replied 'that's my ipad" . I was left perplexed. So rude and unnecessary. We were almost done with the set up.
Poor for business banking needed cash to transfer into acc no counter only machine available and 40 minutes took me to transfer 2000 don’t know why they opened
Went to HSBC a month ago. Both the staff were helpful and got me up and running. Everything is fine so thank you both.
Absolutely pathetic excuse for a bank. Customer service in branch is non existent. They lie blatantly when you phone their customer service team. Quite possibly the worst banking experience I've ever had. I dumped them within a month and went to Virgin money who are far superior. HSBC will also damage your credit rating. Total scammers! Avoid at all costs!
Had an appointment at Stockport Underbank branch today. Staff were excellent. Friendly welcome. Staff who helped me during the appointment were efficient and made the process a pleasure. Just what a really good experience at a branch should be.
Only branch of HSBC for miles around that's open on a Saturday, but they don't do counter service at weekends so couldn't pay in coins. They keep telling us to use our high street branches otherwise we'll lose them... Wasted trip
Disgusting, tried to pay money into a friends account to pay for 3 children to have a day a Nija warrior, no we won’t accept cash, it has to be paid in by the account holder, explained to the manager and she rudely walked away from a video call with one of the said kids, loverly human being, oh wait bankers
