Poor service. Do not expect any help. No professionalism. I will close my account due to their incompetence. All you need to do is just observe them for a minute and you will realize they are not professionals.

Waiting there for more than half an hour at 4 o'clock. When it's the busiest time there's only 1 woman who's dealing with customers. I just wanted to transfer money which takes 1 min. Very pissed cause they took my expensive time.

Had a great costumer service there. Couldn't activate my new card. The lady there at the desk was so helpful and nice. She activated my card and even offered to send a video on how to set up online banking.
