Walking into a busy branch, I was initially asked to be returned later for my transaction request. But her colleague Nithesh kindly said that he will help with the transaction and patiently did what was required. He explained properly all the steps that is necessary to carry out and dealt with my transaction swiftly. It was an important transaction for me and so glad that Nithesh helped me out to make it happen.
I came to Fulham road HSBC branch and they were very helpful. Was serviced by Shaun and he was amazing they didnt have a teller service and I needed money as the other branch is far. So he helped and it was ao wonderful and helpful. I am very grateful as made my day easier on me.. Thank you so much Shaun ..
Went in the branch about two weeks ago to sort out an account restriction. They told me to just attend an appointment I was given over the phone and did not assist at all. I have just attended this appointment in their other branch and I am now being told it is a separate team and they will need to call me to book another appointment. It is one thing to not be able to sort an issue and another to give out incorrect information and waste someone’s entire day. Absolute joke of a bank.
They keep closing earlier and earlier without changing the website and causing discomforts among its regular customers as it won’t give you the possibility to use certain services doing so. Let’s accept covid is over and doesn’t work as an excuse any longer. It definitely urges to go back to the opening time as they used to.
Disgraceful company. Their own staff don’t know how the business operates and so send you in circles trying to fix problems their own system create… No chance of forming any kind of relationship with staff at your own branch… Moving bank. Should have done so a very long time ago… ps. This review is about hsbc in general and not just to the branch.
The only helpful employee was Mr. Shawn Bird who helped me to activate my telephone banking and sort my account quickly. The other lady employee was not helpful at all.

Since they have turned it into the express bank it’s the most useless building in London. Can’t do anything can’t talk to anyone. Can’t deposit money. I hope it gets shut down quick or taken back to a NORMAL bank
Booked an appointment to open a basic personal bank account at the Fulham Broadway location. I needed to wait 11 days for the first available appointment. I arrived at my appointment time only to find out the person I had booked in with was out sick today. I have no issues with people being sick, but what I do have an issue with is the choice the Fulham Broadway manager at HSBC made by NOT calling in advance any appointments booked for the day to reschedule. Given I had to wait 11 days for the appointment and that I rearranged my schedule to be here, i would have assumed the decency of phone call to reschedule, which to me would be at the most basic level of customer service. Disappointed yet again by HSBC. If you have a choice, please go somewhere that really would appreciate your business as well as offer basic customer service.
Been an HSBC acct holder for best part of 45 years. This bank/branch used to be very adequate for everyday banking and now its rubbish...all digital. What a waste of time. Just one so called local branch that handles cash etc in Putney...try getting across the bridge!!! and another in Hammersmith....try parking. There are people who live in Fulham and bank at HSBC ....not a small borough. Losuy service the woman was more involved with her mobile conversation than with my enquiry why one of the machines was NOT WORKING. Rubbish place.
