We were in the Altrincham branch today to make a significant transfer. Jayne Oliver guided us every step of the way. We felt at ease and very confident through the whole experience. This is our local branch. The staff there are brilliant and make you feel very welcome. Having a face to face interaction with a human being in our local branch is absolutely essential and that is why we have been with HSBC for the last 52 years.
We entered this HSBC branch, and a staff member named Candy, with a happy smile, came to ask us if we needed anything, because our English was not very good, and many bank questions required staff translation. She was very helpful. She patiently explained everything to us and introduced us to high-interest deposit accounts. She is really a good employee.
