We wanted to remortgage our home with a local Mortgage adviser and found HQ listed in Chipping Sodbury. We met with Vikki Potter who was excellent and really went the extra mile in getting us the right mortgage but with everything we wanted for additional work to done to our home. Vikki was always responsive (even on holiday!) and answered all questions quickly and effectively making the whole process simple and hassle free. I would definitely recommend HQ (Vikki) to all if you are looking for a top notch service and trouble free service!!!! Great Work!! A++++++++++++

I was recommended by my sister to contact Vikki at HQ Mortgage & Finance when my daughter required a mortgage for a 50% shared ownership property. Thank goodness she did! To say the journey to mortgage offer was 'interesting' would be the polite version! But when a tenacious mother joins forces with an equally tenacious (and upbeat) mortgage advisor it was just a matter of time before the man from the TSB said 'yes!' My daughter now has a toe on the property ladder, thanks Vikki! It was a pleasure to deal with you and we will be back when we want to remortgage to increase her share *** Highly recommended***
