This is the worst customer service ever. They do not respond to your emails. The lines are always closed even within opening hours. I have a faulty product under guarantee and have now been waiting on a replacement for 15 days now. No status updates. Nothing. What a way to run a business.
Hoselock tell me that they now use manufacturers in the Far East.nThat explains it. Badly trained staff not their fault and not fit for purpose goods that fail after just a few weeks of use..
I am giving one star because of the drivers toilets. There are two portaloos for drivers at the yard. They are always dirty and stinky. This is ridiculous, disrespectul and not healthy. You need a hazmat suit to get in.nSecond thing I was loaded at 7:40 according to paperwork. Nobody said anything that it is ready. At 8:20 I went to the office and it comes out that it is ready. They would have keep me at the bay for ages if I did not go to ask...
Superb customer service - I ordered a service kit for a hose reel and it was dispatched and delivered within 2 days. Afterwards I had a problem with a sprayer, when i became apparent that repair wasn't possible I was sent a replacement quickly and with no quibbles at all. Thanks Hozelock!
