We have been using How's It Done for the best part of 2 years and are extremely satisfied with the level of service we receive from them. It's nice when we read our comments book and the guest have remarked on the cleanliness of the property and how well it is presented. When we are away its great to know that our properties are in good hands. We would highly recommend.

Very happy with Hows It Done office cleaning they provide a thorough and professional service with excellent results.

Could not recommend. Very costly, charging same excessive number of hours for changeover and cleaning of cottage whether two people have stayed or family of seven with young children.  Additional charge for chemical pack for cleaning each time.  Complained and finished without giving any notice when presented with cottage where washing up had been left and sticky fingerprints on chairs.  I do not expect my guests to clean everything up after their stay, that is what I pay a cleaner for, although most leave the place almost immaculate.  Once faced with a proper cleaning job was obviously enough for them
