Nice old fashioned shop , I went in to get a new inner tube for the back wheel on my bike and thebguys there were friendly and helpful. They called me when they said they would to come and collect the bike and prices were fair. Nice range of car products and in a part of town where parking is easy.
Best little bike shop we are lucky to have them ! Staff are always helpful and smiley. Prices compete with larger stores and they offer bike servicing and help for idiots like me who are completely inept!!!
Great shop Great staff and reasonably priced. If they haven't got it and you don't mind the wait they'll get it. Can't fault them.
The staff are always so helpful. I needed a rear windscreen wiper and tried Halfords in Cambridgeshire where I was visiting when wiper broke. Bearing in mind Halfords is a large store, I found them unhelpful and they didn't have the wiper for my car in their massive range. I went to Howletts and the gentleman came outside, looked at my car and said he could help me. He removed the wiper and then replaced it with a new one for no extra charge. Also the wiper was much cheaper than Halfords would have been! Highly recommended!
Always Very helpful even to point of coming to my car when I couldn't figure out how new wipers attached.
