First Class Service!. Popped into Howdens in Willesden and requested a visit to our home for one of the design team to assist with our revised kitchen plan. Heard wonderful things about Nishita and hoped she could assist us. 30 minutes later Nish was designing our perfect kitchen and the journey with Howdens Willesden continues. At a time when customer service has waned, the team in Willesden are bucking the trend and putting customers first......Well done guys, truly satisfied customer.
I’m a regular here as all the staff are fantastic to deal with. Very helpful. The manager Dale is excellent. He is the most helpful manager I’ve dealt with. I’ve shopped at other branches but for me this is the best branch by far.
I was introduced to Nishita and she designed our kitchen. I was so happy with the way she changed many things around and was able to provide us with more space for the units. She was able to figure out what I was looking for. She worked with my husband and I to give us our dream kitchen but also a kitchen that fitted our budget.
Recently ordered our new kitchen with Nishita in the willesden store. She was very helpful right through from design to delivery and quickly rectified any problems along the way. We are very pleased with the end result.

We here at JKV only deal with this branch, the staff and service are the best in the business. They are always happy to assist even in these uncertain times we are currently facing, one call into the branch and you're half way to collecting your goods. Howdens has definitely been one of the suppliers who've been there to help me continue trading. the store manager dale is always on hand for any assistance required, but you rarely have to bother him, sonia and nish do a great job in taking care of customers needs, and by the time you walk back to the van, steves ready with half your goods, smashing job ladies and gents, keep it up! "teamwork makes the dream work"
Bought 3 doors here yesterday. Experience stood in very positive contrast to the bad service at Southgate! I was served by a very nice lndian looking girl who had a very alike sister who was also very helpful. I also saw the manageress who swiftly & efficiently sorted a minor mistake. When I went outside the warehouse man was already by my van with the 3 doors on his fork truck! He evidently had my order relayed to him by computer gadgetry. We'll well. You could have knocked me down with a feather! *****Stars
