I went in as a new potential customer, having called ahead to ask if I could have an appointment to do a kitchen design- they told me that no appointment was necessary. I walked in with a baby, there were seven people in the showroom, I asked at the front desk- they were busy and nobody offered to help, I ended up walking out. When I got to my car I thought no give it a second go, turned back around and went to actively talk to people who were totally ignoring me. One young girl was helpful, but had to ask somebody else for advice who was uninterested.

Very helpful and friendly staff, always willing to go the extra mile to help. Even happy use their own vehicles to pick up items from other branches to complete an order and help me get the job done. Well done boys and girls, this is how it should be done.
Terrible customer service and failure to follow up their mistakes. Inexperienced staff and arrogant management with a blame culture. Kitchen hasn’t been out right due to poor understanding and unrealistic approach.
They only let one in at a time so stood out in the cold for 20 mins, once inside really helpful
Run perfectly. Not the largest but good staff that know the trade well. Quick and ever growing. MP
