Very friendly service and knowledgeable for all your kitchen needs
Kitchen very nice, Sophie the kitchen designer did an excellent job however customer service in our case was not at all acceptable. The accounts department didn't come up to scratch either, stopping my builders account because of a mistake on Howdens part. Very Very unprofessional. We were promised a £50 discount on a wine cooler that we thought didn't work properly in the first place and stopped working altogether just a few days after the garantee ran out, the manager reneged on the promise of the £50 so beware of any company that goes back on a deal.
After our unbelievably bad experience with Wren Kitchens, Howdens came to the rescue. Fantastic people who couldn't do enough for us, and restored my faith in building/home improvement retailers again. Recommended.
Was told to go into Howdens to look at the doors and flooring we are having done at how, we spoke to Mike who was very knowledgeable and helpful, put my wife at ease would really recommend
Excellent products. More importantly when flustered and rushing round like a mad thing, excellent selection of sweets which I raided to give to kids when home, biscuits and hot chocolate. Nice to see customers being looked after.
