Never dealt with such incompetent people in my life. The bald manager was the worst passive aggressive (expletive). My kitchen was missing a million pieces in a million different deliveries, in the end due to time constraints I had to go myself and pick them up!...., I got extra of parts, not enough of the other and wrong bits of!. I returned the extra pieces and asked for missing parts and I was made to feel like I was stealing them!!! And pretending they where missing!! JOKE! I brought back expensive extra parts but still made out like I was lieing to blag extra parts, No! I just wanted my kitchen !. I had to keep chasing and they kept fobbing me off. Eventually after a lot of fobbing off calling me a liar I got the missing parts to finish my kitchen, luckily for me my father in law was fitting it...imagine the cost of having to keep bringing my fitter back?! I had to go back to get more side parts in a certain colour, I go and take a piece so they get the colour right, take it home and ITS THE WRONG COLOUR!!!! The bald expletive served me....of course! Yet again had to go back and exchange it! The kitchen itself was very very standard, nothing special, I thought Howdens kitchens where good quality...no! Very bland and cheaply made. I would never recommend them, intact I'd stay clear if I was you. If you do, stay clear of Howdens Bootle. Designer review ...it was awful, I put my trust in the designer thinking "oh it will look good when it's all fitted and done"...no! Don't trust other who claim to be professional..Not happy with it now it's done.

Very poor workmanship installing the kitchen. Curry's refused to install a washing machine because Howdens fitters had not fitted pipework correctly and made some areas inaccessible. Both Lamona appliances broke after just two years. They might be cheap but they are a false economy. Avoid at all costs.

Be careful, design kitchen wrong and demand payment even though kitchen took over 2 months to complete delivery, Steve Sharples SGK window services Ltd
