Spacious, varied terrain. Great for jogging. Lots of facilities for all ages. Features a natural bowl shape which is safe for ball sports, surrounded by trees which keep the wind out. My dog loves it... although it's too easy for dogs to chase squirrels through the trees and straight onto the road. The pathways are not illuminated at night, so it's dark, but friendly.
This park is beautiful and it has everything. Coffee, food, a great playground, a miniature train.. lots of facilities for sports. It's a great place.
Nice park for small walks . Not as huge as parks in London. But this one is really nice in Brighton and Hove area
One of the largest and arguably the best park in the greater Brighton and Hove area filled with playground and events areas, rick climbing and so much more. Great for families and groups or for a stroll on your own through exquisite surroundings. Highly recommended
A great park, I'd love to see a little more money invested into the kids play ground itself, but this is a lovely park to walk around
Me and my son regularly visit here. There is a lovely cafe, tennis courts, a basketball area. Huge field for playing football. Lovely playpark and a rock climbing area also. Beautiful in the summer and regularly have events on during the summer months. Playground: Newly renovated Restrooms: Always open, could do we being refurbed Dog-friendliness: Prime spot for friendly dog walking Picnic area: Lots of areas for a picnic and lots of picnic tables
Great park, large and spacious with plenty to offer. Don't like the playground as much since it was refurbished as lost some really nice pieces and replaced with much smaller stuff which is a shame. Cafe is popular but needs improvement
large park with several facilities, see Photos think tennis Bowling, small football area railway for kids don't think was open, kid playground was under repair You can park on east and west sides free for 3 hours free. Can get busy on weekends.
Lovely park, not huge but big enough with children's nice playpark, a cafe, small bouldering and public toilets. Free on road parking Playground: Playpark was re-done in 2022 and has some good equipment Dog-friendliness: Lots of dog walkers
OK so yes it its true that this is a lovely park and whatever but the thing no one seems to want to address is how cold it gets? Like yes there are toilets and a cafe and all but even then it's hard to have a good time when its that obnoxiously cold. I had a jumper on and was still cold so I reckon this needs to be addressed before this park really becomes usable for the general public. 3 stars.
