If I could give no stars i would . I went in 8.30 this morning to be told they will not allow anyone in due to Corona but there is no information on this on the internet... I also in crutches but felt I had to physically go down as I had no there option ! They have always been bad with correspondence and the community in its self. My boiler has been down for 72 hours Me and my daughter have to sleep in the same room with a mini heater because little london refuse to let anyone in the office and also theh dont deal with repairs . The contractors liberty gas I am an emergency apparently I have been waiting since 8.30 this morning It is now 2.15 pm and still no sign or call from these people ... It is a disgrace and disregard for the people that live in the community . And there is never information on the internet up regarding this horrible little centre with the
I’ve had no choice but to deal with this housing office for years. There behaviour is shocking. They have no regard for tenants. But then I guess that’s the council for you they’ve never had a good reputation.
Disgusting customer service
They are make a appointment to visit in my home but they not coming I am waiting and waiting and just wasting time that’s not good really bad
