This was a real little treat! The collection at this museum is really vast and so interesting to see all of the trinkets and mementos from the past. We loved the fortune telling machines. Was a great place to take our little one as there's so much colour. The museum definitely has a really atmosphere and if you're not too scared checked out the haunted section!
I just visited a couple of weeks ago it is one of my favourite Toy Museums in the UK and got lots of character memorabilia especially the Mickey Mouse and any other characters I like
A walk down memory lane for a lot of the adults. So lovely to see the love, care and attention that's gone into curating this. Even those that cannot relate to the toys and memorabilia here will find this interesting. Would love to visit again. I haven't posted that many photos for fear of spoiling the experience.
Really good selection of old toys, mainly from the 60s, 70s & 80s. The items on display brought back many childhood memories.
The mount fitchet castle is Superb. WHY. It old world fun! A child bonding experience Feed deer and goats by hand Wander to each section .voice stories at each . Child have a trail book . The house on the hill museum To a adult child delight! Only one thing . Do go when it dry . As this is a original dirt and grass site .otherwise it wouldnt be so much fun!

Massive collection of toys made before 1970s. Toys include Star Wars and many others. Parking is available right outside of Norman Village as pay and display with an option to pay by App
It’s good, but more aimed at children. If you want to see all the stuff make sure to have at least one hour
Brilliant toy museum and haunted house hidden away at Mountfitchet Castle. Some nostalgic relics from the past are to be found and some more recent toys, too.
