Took my one year old and it was a fab experience. They have a racing car chair seat which he loved initially, but when he got frustrated and reached out for me then let him sit on my lap. I had left my snacks in the car so they bought him out a biscuit and there’s an iPad so you can put on their favourite tv show to distract them. Really great haircut too!
I had a horrible home dye experience and my hair is very fragile due to a medical condition. I phoned here to ask if they could help & they were incredibly professional over the phone. When I went in for a consultation they took the time to really assess everything which made me feel more confident. When I went back to have the colour done .. Michelle who did it couldn’t have been better!! She’s miraculous Michelle and I am so so so happy with how my hair turned out. She put so much effort in to making sure it was right, did everything to the HIGHEST standard & really looked after me. She was so personable, friendly, attentive, professional & highly skilled. I can’t praise her enough & I am so grateful for what she’s done. She’s not only given me amazing hair but boosted my mood & given me such happiness. I was down visiting my parents and decided to book in a fairly last minute haircut. I am so pleased I booked House of Hair - I had a lovely hairdresser regretfully I didn’t catch her name and I love the cut. I left a very happy customer!
Fantastic haircut with friendly service and atmosphere! I will 100% be going back here and fully recommend it! Update: Another brilliant hair cut today plus incredible coffee!
Update: 2 months later, hairstylist left colour on my hair for 1.5 hours while doing another customer's colour which in her own words, was a "big job". My scalp was burning and tight and my roots felt 'crizzy' for want of a better word. Had the colour washed out and left with wet hair without styling or cut. I had booked this appointment 6 weeks prior. The other customer had been booked the week of my appointment. Hairstylist admitted her manager should not have booked the other customer over mine. No follow up call or offer to remedy.
Great staff and always a warm welcome and good natter whilst having hair done.
Super pleased with the service and hair cut! Michelle did an amazing job and got it spot on!
