Jenners House of Fraser store is the first you see when approaching Loch Lomond Shores shopping area from the main car park. Its lobby is also the entrance to beautifully clean toilets. So you are, kind of, drawn into the store itself and it's right that you are. The store is very airy and light with lots of clothing and accessories well laid out. The assistants were pleasant. We bought a couple of unique birthday cards. Part of Jenners is Café Zest where we had lunch. It didn't have a huge menu but there's all the usual staples - fish, chicken, chips, vegetarian options and hot and cold drinks. The food was delicious - H had the chicken and I had a hot-from-the-frier fish. There's ample seating with great views over the loch.
Nice store with good variety of popular high street brand names, you can find some good discounts on some items, a good search through can find hidden gems . * Android pay is found here :
Gone downhill since it's real deal Jenners days, just Sports Direct that's available in any rundown area in every town. Ruination of a great store.
Looks cute but out in the middle of nowhere serving food but no wash facilities.
Staff were on their phones and seemed uninterested. Manager seemed to have an attitude. Ruined our trip slightly.
Great place for some relaxing shopping experience but I will recommend enjoying the beautiful outside sceneries first
Loved thi store before HOF was taken under Sports Direct. It is ok now, but previously, it was truly a glamorous place to shop. The staff is very nice and helpful, but. However, I would love to see the previous layout and this x factor the store had a few years back.
This store is presently closed due to Coronavirus restrictions. The store is set in the Loch Lomond Shores complex and does have disability facilities and a cafe, a huge car parking facility with electric charging points is close by, beautiful setting and many outdoor activities are also adjacent. Something for everyone at this location when restrictions are lifted. Hail, rain or shine it will be good to get back here.
Meh just a expensive store and part of sports direct so just felt like any other sports direct only thing that's different is you have the fraser name but only in name only. everything in frasers really expensive but hey, ho!! I guess that's business.
Loch Lomond Shores is always worth a trip, especially when they have their craft fairs on.
