Just had the most amazing Mother and Daughter day at HoB Chippenham. The whole team took brilliant care of us and it is the best pedi I have had in ages. If you want a luxurious treatment in a tranquil and relaxing environment, then this is definitely the place to go. Experienced and frièndly therapists put you at ease the minute you enter the building. Try it, you won't be disappointed.
Purchased a gift card for my daughter. There was confusion about the charge on my credit card so I disputed it not knowing it was for this service. The owner contacted my daughter and said that she would threaten legal action if it wasn't resolved. So crazy and insane that the OWNER would contact the GIFT RECIPIENT about this instead of going through the proper channels to have it resolved. Unacceptable. Ruined the whole experience for my daughter.
An absolutely beautiful establishment. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with elegance and comfort. A wonderful cafe area, very friendly and very professional team. Great place to treat yourself.
