I came in with extreme pain and was shown my x ray and the options I had , had my tooth extracted and it was the best experience I have ever had with a dentist. Both he and his assistant were amazing at putting me at ease as I was totally terrified of the thought. Amazing
This is an outstanding dental practice . Last Monday I called up with tooth pain and was given a same day appointment. Wow! The dentist showed me the X-ray indicating that I would need a root canal filling, but assured me that she would be able to eliminate the pain until a permanent filling could be done. This she did and the pain was immediately relieved.nnI was then fortunate to be offered an appointment for the root canal filling on the Wednesday. Wow again! Again outstanding service. I was fully informed of what was happening and clearly the dentist is very professional and enjoys her job. I had total confidence in her skills. The filling was completed and has been perfect since.nnIn times when there are a lot of complaints about nhs dentistry I just want to say thank you.

Was referred to by 111. Receptionist gave a warm welcome. Dentist I was seen by that did treatment wasn't very caring and wasn’t a very pleasant experience was in absolute tears during my whole appointment emotions all over their place too. Never had such an uncomfortable experience wasn't delicate during the X-ray considering how painful and tears I was. Wouldn’t be coming here again.
Fabulous dental practice, would highly recommend Chetan. I was terrified of the dentist until I joined Hounds several years ago. 6 stars from me!!
