Only go to collect parcels but won't be going anymore. All staff are completely disinterested and seems a real task for them to get your parcel. Thats if for absolute no reason at all they keep refusing to take delivery and it takes a week of calls, emails etc to find my parcel and get it delivered to my home address when I will be in. If its to much effect to take parcels in then withdraw yourself from the service, at the end of the day you in some way benefit so aren't losing out.
Excellent parcel service with very friendly staff.
Didn't want to deal with my parcel. Kept quite rudely serving other people instead of talking to me. Told me DHL hadn't been that day and to come back tomorrow. Wife went in a few minutes later and came out with my parcel. Won't be using the shop again
Incompetent, Rude Antibiotic spray needed after visit
The shop been here for many many years it's a good little shop when you need something quick the shopkeeper have come and gone but still good quality of products.
Ordered a DHL parcel to be delivered here as I work full time and is registered as a drop off point only for the shop assistant to refuse delivery only arrival, now stuck without a phone until I can get another delivery address.
Really do make you feel like they're doing you a favour serving you
I was just looking at how low these loosers actually are and couldnt stop laughing at them
Rude, inconsiderate staff. Close the shop when they want.
